Houghton confirmed to return in August 2019

13th December 2018 Off By

Norfolk’s Houghton has been confirmed to return from 8th – 11th August 2019.

Tickets will go on sale at 9am on Tuesday 5th February next year.

The festival will be going into its third year, and was widely praised following their 2018 event.

In their review of last year’s Haughton, Resident Advisor said that “Some of that was down to Houghton’s curator, Craig Richards, whose thoughtful touches made the festival much more than a rave in a field. His distinctive artwork spanned the entire site, which gave the festival a symmetry of sorts with Houghton Hall, the 18th-century Palladian house whose sculpture park you could tour.”

Details for 2019 are scant at present, with none of the line-up or any ticket prices revealed at present.

Fans of the festival can sign up for email updates from the offical Houghton website, ensuring that they’re the first to find out when more info is released.

Dubbed “a celebration of art and music in the Norfolk countryside” by organisers, the festival takes place in the 1,000 acres of parkland that surround Houghton Hall.
