PALE BLUE EYES26

CloseUp Festival has announced the headliners for its 11th edition, with indie-dance-punk sextet Home Counties, bedroom-pop artist Jimothy Lacoste and shoegaze outfit Pale Blue Eyes topping the bill. The three-day London new music festival returns to Colours Hoxton from 22nd to 24th May 2026.

Home Counties will headline the Friday opening party, with Jimothy Lacoste closing Saturday’s all-day event before Pale Blue Eyes take the Sunday evening headline slot. The first wave announcement also includes rising acts Harry Crane, Slow Country, Just For Fun, This is a Fever, Monks, Only Real and Lizzie Esau.

Tickets for CloseUp Festival 2026 are on sale now, with the festival set across three days in central London. The event has built its reputation on platforming new and emerging artists in an intimate setting, giving audiences the chance to see tomorrow’s headliners up close before they break through.

Speaking about the 2026 edition, CloseUp founder Sam Tucker said: “We are so back. CloseUp Festival, our biggest yearly event, returns with 2 full days and a warm-up party in 2026. Announcing in line with an entire CloseUp rebrand, and our best ever lineup (if we do say so ourselves).”

Tucker added: “CloseUp Festival is now in its 11th year, which is quite wild even for us to say. As a fully independent company, being able to continuously book our favourite artists year in, year out, is nothing short of a privilege. We’ve spotlighted 100+ artists of varying genres, backgrounds and levels in our decade in the sun, and have no intentions of slowing down any time soon.”

The festival continues its tradition of discovery-focused programming at Colours, one of London’s most iconic music venues. Previous CloseUp Festival editions have featured artists including Little Comets, milk., CATTY, Delights, EKKAH, whenyoung, Pixey, Trudy & The Romance, Beaux, Corella and Phoebe Green, with numerous sold-out shows in the festival’s history.
