Neighbourhood Weekender has announced a new wave of artists for its 2026 edition, taking place at Victoria Park, Warrington on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th May, alongside the reveal of stage splits across all three stages.
The latest additions shine a light on some of the most exciting emerging names on the scene. Organisers have specifically called out Girl In The Year Above, Basht and M60 as among the newest additions, continuing the festival’s long-standing reputation for spotlighting artists at pivotal moments in their careers. The Kairos, Cherryholt and Better Joy have also been named as new inclusions.
The new acts join a line-up headlined by Richard Ashcroft on Saturday and Blossoms on Sunday — both confirmed back in October. Blossoms are highlighted by organisers as a textbook example of the Neighbourhood Weekender trajectory, having played the festival in their formative years before returning to top the bill. The Stockport five-piece recently played their largest headline show to 30,000 fans at Manchester’s Wythenshawe Park and have three UK Number 1 albums to their name.
Stage splits across the Main Stage, The Big Top and the Viola Beach Stage have also been confirmed today. The full schedule can be found at www.nbhdweekender.com.
Across the two days, Saturday’s bill also features Kaiser Chiefs, The K’s, Example, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Cast, Alessi Rose, Cassia, and Brooke Combe, who also made her Neighbourhood Weekender debut in 2023. Sunday’s line-up includes DMA’S, Jamie Webster, Shed Seven, Razorlight, Melanie C, The Fratellis, and The Royston Club, who have become firm festival favourites having most recently played last year.
Also returning to the Viola Beach Stage are several names familiar to the festival crowd. Freddie Halkon, Luvcat, Villanelle, KEO and The Guestlist all performed at last year’s event, and each makes the journey back to Warrington for 2026. Cast — one of the most celebrated Britpop acts of their era — previously appeared at Neighbourhood Weekender’s Live At The Big Top event in 2023, and return to the main bill this year.
The festival has built its reputation over the years on identifying artists early, with alumni including Sam Fender, Lewis Capaldi, CMAT, Gerry Cinnamon, Wet Leg, Maisie Peters and Tom Grennan all having graced the Victoria Park stages before going on to headline arenas and festivals worldwide.
