A student discount is now available on early-bird tickets for Parklife 2020, with StudentBeans promising 10 per cent off standard and VIP weekend tickets.
The discount must be redeemed through Ticketmaster. As of 13th January, an adult weekend ticket costs £130.90 including booking fees. This comes down to £123.75 for a student weekend ticket. It’s not quite a 10 per cent reduction after fees, but it’s still the cheapest Parklife ticket around with competitors like Skiddle matching the £130.90 total adult price.
The price of the discounted festival ticket can also be spread out via a payment plan, allowing ticket buyers to secure their spot for next year’s edition for only £20 a month, or go VIP for £30 a month.
To claim the discount, first head over to StudentBeans. You’ll need to log in with a verified student account. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to purchase at the reduced price.
The discount is also available on VIP tickets, making them just £137.50 rather than their usual price of £159.90, including fees. Though StudentBeans claim a 10 per cent discount, those VIP prices currently work out as a 14 per cent discount on the price paid. As of January 13th, the standard adult discount works out as just 5.5 per cent.
The terms state a maximum of eight tickets can be purchased by one person eligible for the discount, and naturally, it can’t be used with other promotions or offers. We don’t know if or when the discount will end, but either way, early bird ticket prices are likely to increase when the full Parklife line-up drops, so act fast.
Tyler the Creator has already been confirmed as the first headliner, and last year’s headliner Liam Gallagher will be playing a homecoming gig in Manchester the night before Parklife gets underway.
Parklife tickets are also available from Skiddle with the benefit of a 72 hour cooling off period:
