The Maccabees have announced a major outdoor summer tour for July 2026, building on the success of their recent reunion shows. The five-date run will see the band play to a combined audience of over 40,000 fans, with tickets going on general sale at 10am on Friday, 28th November.

The tour announcement follows the band’s triumphant return this year, which included headline slots at All Points East and Glastonbury’s Park Stage. These performances were described as euphoric reunions, reaffirming the band’s place as one of the most loved indie acts of the 21st century.

Commencing at London’s Alexandra Palace Park, the tour will also visit Cornwall’s Eden Sessions, Bristol Amphitheatre, Brighton’s On The Beach, and conclude at Kirkstall Abbey in Leeds. Guitarist Felix White said, “The year we’ve just had was so special to all of us, and so unexpected, that it has put some momentum in everyone collectively …. and who wouldn’t want to do all that again”.

A pre-sale for mailing list subscribers will begin at 10am on Wednesday, 26th November, and fans can sign up for early access HERE. General sale tickets will be available from 10am on Friday, 28th November HERE.

The band—Orlando Weeks, Hugo White, Rupert Jarvis, and Sam Doyle, with Will White—are entering a new chapter after disbanding in 2017 at the peak of their powers. Their acclaimed career began with the 2007 debut ‘Colour It In’ and included the Mercury Prize-nominated ‘Given To The Wild’, which featured the Ivor Novello-winning single ‘Pelican’.

Their final album before the split, 2015’s ‘Marks To Prove It’, earned the band their first UK #1 album. The recent rediscovery of their catalogue was amplified by a reissue campaign, featuring a 10th Anniversary Edition of ‘Marks To Prove It’ and new vinyl pressings of ‘Colour It In’ and ‘Given To The Wild’, all available to order HERE.
