Organisers of Sheffield’s Tramlines Festival have just revealed the line-up poster for this year’s festival, where Ian Brown, Catfish & The Bottlemen and Madness will headline.
The Kooks, Dizzee Rascal and Lucy Spraggan are also on the bill. Tramlines returns to the city’s Hillsborough Park from Friday 31st July to Sunday 2nd August, after moving the location ten minutes out of the city centre when the event expanded for 2018.
Tickets are currently available from Gigantic.
Just before Christmas, Tramlines was crowned the Best Metropolitan Festival of 2019 at the UK Festival Awards. At the time, Tramlines Operations Director, Timm Cleasby commented: “This is a truly amazing moment for Tramlines and a great recognition of all the hard work over the last decade or so, we’re chuffed to bits. Being named alongside big hitters such as Download and Glastonbury in the Best Major Festival category also shows just how far we’ve come as an event.
“It was fantastic to see Jenny Hamada win the Sarah Nulty Women in Festivals Award, Sarah contributed hugely to making Tramlines what it is now and it’s amazing to see the continued acknowledgement for her work. This award is big for Sheffield too and means a lot for the local scene. Many thanks!”
Tickets for Tramlines 2020 are currently available from Gigantic.
