Afro Nation Ghana, taking place this month in Accra, adds more big names to the line up with Skepta and Tiwa Savage joining the party between 29th and 30th December.
Bringing together the most exciting acts from across the African continent, Afro Nation Ghana makes another global statement by announcing Skepta as the latest headliner alongside US star Meek Mill, Nigerian legends P-Square and special guest from Ghana Stonebwoy.
A true veteran of the UK Grime scene, Skepta has headlined the biggest stages in the UK and has played a huge part in the worldwide explosion of Afrobeats, with his smash hit collabs like Energy with Wizkid taking the world by storm.
Also joining the line up is Nigerian-born, MTV Africa Music, MOBO & BET Awards nominee, singer-songwriter Tiwa Savage. Widely regarded as the Queen of Afrobeats, Tiwa Savage will grace the Afro Nation Ghana main stage this New Year with her unique fusion of Afrobeat, R&B, soul and pop music.
Uniting the diaspora on sites of cultural significance across three continents, the Afrobeats explosion continues to grow with Afro Nation right at the heart of it all. Afro Nation Ghana follows the hugely successful Portugal beach festival this summer, and the first US show in Puerto Rico in March. Afro Nation Ghana now welcomes thousands from the global diaspora travelling home to party and be together with friends and family during the turn of the new year in West Africa’s most exciting cultural hub.
