The Beefy Boys and Nozstock have announced the return of Beef Stock Festival for 2026, with the food and music event expanding to a full two-day affair taking place on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd August at the Nozstock site in Bromyard, Herefordshire. Tickets are on sale now at £15 per day, with kids aged 12 and under going free.
After a successful debut in 2025, the festival is levelling up with even more street food traders, live music, DJs and cookery demonstrations. The event is billed as family-friendly and brings together the award-winning grill credentials of The Beefy Boys with the well-loved festival site that many will recognise from Nozstock The Hidden Valley’s final edition in 2024, which had run for 26 years on the Nosworthy family farm. When Nozstock founder Ella Nosworthy announced the festival was ending, she spoke of plans to explore smaller events on the farm — Beef Stock is very much the realisation of that vision.
Food lovers can expect a flame-grilled feast from a packed line-up of traders including The Beefy Boys, Jerk Bay, Gurt Wings, Bao to the Broth, Under The Nut Tree, Doughy Mares, Feast Pembrokeshire and Andy Low ‘n’ Slow. Live demonstrations will come from Matty’s BBQ Shack, La Gom Chef, Sosij, DJ BBQ and many more.
Beyond the grills, there will be a marketplace of local traders, artisan butchers, BBQ brands and food producers, as well as interactive cookery stalls. A fiery highlight is the chilli-eating contest run by the notorious Clifton Chilli Club.
Families are well catered for, with a dedicated programme of kids’ activities including crafts, character meet and greets and workshops throughout the weekend.
Anthony ‘Murf’ Murphy, co-founder and director of The Beefy Boys, said: “We wanted to create something that brings together everything we’re passionate about: food, fire, friends, and good music. We felt we really accomplished that last year and we can’t wait to go again for 2026 bigger and better than before.”
The Beefy Boys have become one of the UK’s most recognised names in the burger and BBQ world since forming from a back garden barbecue between four childhood friends in 2011. The group now operates four restaurants across Hereford, Shrewsbury, Cheltenham and Bath, with a fifth Oxford location having opened in September 2025. Their debut cookbook, The Beefy Boys: From Backyard BBQ’s to World-Class Burgers, reached number one on Amazon’s Best Sellers chart and number three on the Sunday Times Bestsellers list when it was published in August 2024.
