Boomtown Fair will reveal the headliners for Chapter 11 this summer on Friday 8th February.
Organisers have also pledged that the individual district line-ups will be unveiled on a weekly basis after the headliners have been announced.
The February 8th date had already been confirmed before Christmas, when Boomtown Fair revealed their new techno and electronic district: Area 404.
A tweet from Boomtown this morning is the first confirmation we’ve seen that this year’s district line-ups will be revealed week-on-week, with the next expected by 15th February.
Initial ticket sales for Chapter 11 broke records in November, with all of the cheapest tier 1 and 2 tickets selling out in less than two minutes
Last year, Boomtown Fair published over a dozen line-up posters, with one for each unique district and another for the Wednesday night.
Tickets for Boomtown Chapter 10 sold out as early as February, with organisers operating a Glasto-style resale in the weeks before the festival.
Gorillaz headline set was a UK-wide exclusive festival appearance for 2018. Die Antwoord and Limp Bizkit also formed what TheFestivals crowned the best line-up of 2018.
With Limp Bizkit cranking up the energy-levels with covers of Smells Like Teen Spirit and Killing in the Name, we found it impossible to leave the nu-metal party.
