Hot on the heels of the smashing success of Fools and Festivities this April, Cam Cole and his crew of nomadic wanderers at the New Age Collective have decided to put on another festival: Freaks in a Field.
The event describes itself as “a day of heavy psychedelic rock and mystic blues” with “bands selected and headlined by the one-man rock band Cam Cole!”
Taking place on Saturday, July 15, the event will feature organiser Cam Cole, along with bands including Cothel, The Dead Reds, BCB, Crooked Revival, and Funeral Witch Blues, as well as fire shows and circus performances brought you by New Age Collective’s travelling stage and its crew of nomadic wanderers.
Admission is £16 and camping spots for tents and motorhomes will be available from Friday to Sunday. A pitch costs £20 and can accommodate up to four people. BBQ Food will be available on Saturday.
The festival will take place at Bushwacked Community, Chorley Road, Burntwood, Staffordshire, WS7 2PF.
Based on how good the New Age Collectives’ previous showing Fools and Festivities was, this is certainly an event not to miss.
