Limited tickets remain for the much-loved Cursus Festival, which returns to Dorset for the upcoming May bank holiday weekend from 22 to 24 May.
Celebrating its eleventh year, the intimate 500-capacity grassroots festival will be headlined by popular act Peat & Diesel. They lead a packed weekend of original live music that also features Land Of The Giants, Black Water County, The Hempolics, Skimmity Hitchers, RuMac, Samantics, and Pronghorn.
Organisers have issued a low ticket warning, with family weekend passes nearing a complete sell-out. These highly sought-after passes offer free entry to under-eighteens, cementing the festival’s reputation as a popular choice for families and festival-goers with children.
Saturday day tickets are also flying out the door as fans secure their chance to see Peat & Diesel at the scenic rustic Myncen Farm setting. The festival welcomes both tent campers and live-in vehicles for the duration of the weekend.
Beyond the main stage, Cursus is renowned as an inclusive, down-to-earth event for both festival first-timers and veterans, and is notably one of the few proper music festivals to allow dogs on site. Children can enjoy the dedicated DIY Den activity area to make friends and learn new skills, while the small arena boasts a DJ tent, rural crafts, a record shop, and even live wrestling.
