Lindisfarne Festival has announced a triumphant return for 2026, revealing Faithless, Razorlight, and The Proclaimers as the headline acts for its next edition. The event is set to take place from September 3rd to 5th, 2026, returning to its stunning coastal home at Beal Farm, Northumberland, overlooking Holy Island.
This announcement marks a significant turning point for the independent festival, which organizers describe as “revitalised” following a battle for survival last year. The 2026 edition promises to be their most ambitious yet, with tickets already selling at a rapid pace. Early Bird and Super Early Bird allocations for weekend tickets have already sold out completely, signalling high demand for the event’s return.
Joining the three major headliners is a diverse bill of established stars and festival favourites. The first wave of artists includes British soul legends Soul II Soul, hip-hop artist Professor Green, and the voice of M People, Heather Small. Also confirmed for the weekend are Nirvana tribute sensation Elvana, Utah Saints, Tide Lines, and Ferocious Dog.
Festival founder Conleth Maenpaa described the lineup as a statement of intent following a difficult period for the event.
“Last year was emotional. This year is massive,” Maenpaa said. “To go from fighting for survival to unveiling a line-up like this is extraordinary. Faithless, Razorlight and The Proclaimers each bring something iconic, and together they set the tone for the most exciting edition of the festival we’ve ever delivered.”
The “Thursday Night” slot, often a favourite among early arrivals, will be headlined by Scottish legends The Proclaimers. The remainder of the lineup features a mix of genres spanning the festival’s eight stages, including The Amy Winehouse Band, Bombskare, Snayx, The Rosadocs, Finn Forster, and the Red Hot Chili Pipers.

Beyond the music, the 2026 festival will feature an expanded programme of comedy, spoken word, and wellness activities, including sunrise yoga and relaxation workshops. Logistics for the remote site have also been confirmed, with shuttle buses running from Berwick-upon-Tweed station and “VIPee” luxury toilet facilities available for campers.
Organizers have teased that hundreds more artists are still to be announced in the coming weeks for the 5,000-capacity event, which Conleth Maenpaa credits the local community for saving. “We were completely humbled by the people who stepped up to keep Lindisfarne alive,” he added. “This festival means something to people – it’s not just a weekend away.”
