Three weeks before New York’s Electric Zoo festival, one man visited the site armed with GPS, Google Maps, a large bottle of vodka, and a shovel. With the location pinned on Google Maps, he was able to return to the exact spot during the festival on 2nd September.
Alex Diamond shared details of his exploits on his Facebook page, and claims he will release a book of tips “organisers do not want you to know” sometime in the future.
“I have been going to festivals for the past five years averaging 50 shows and 10 festivals a year,” Diamond wrote on Facebook.
“Now it’s my turn to share with the general public my knowledge of achieving an awesome festival experience.”
