A crystal glove worn onstage by Michael Jackson during the Jacksons’ 1984 Victory Tour will lead Propstore’s next Music Live Auction, a two day UK sale on 1 and 2 October 2026 with more than 800 lots and a combined estimate of £3 million.
The custom made white cotton right hand glove is estimated at £40,000 to £80,000. Celebrity designer Bill Whitten created it and had it hand embellished with Swarovski crystals so it would shimmer under the lights and pick out Jackson’s rapid movements and signature gestures.
The tour landed at the height of Thriller and became Jackson’s final run of shows with his brothers before he fully stepped into his solo career. The glove was gifted backstage to a member of the tour’s marketing and ticketing team after one of three sold out concerts at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tennessee.
It comes with a letter of authenticity from Artistic Beads & Studio LLC. Founder Stella Ruata and her team carried out much of the Swarovski beadwork on Jackson’s gloves and jackets during the Victory Tour period.
Further Jackson lots span later chapters of his career. A one of a kind customised Sailors varsity jacket, worn during a 1993 visit to a children’s hospital in Washington and later gifted to Bhatti, is estimated at £25,000 to £50,000. A black fedora thrown into the crowd during a 1993 Dangerous World Tour date at Mexico City’s Estadio Azteca is estimated at £10,000 to £20,000.
The live auction will run in the UK on 1 and 2 October, with bidding open worldwide online, by telephone and through absentee bids. Registration is open now, and the full catalogue is already online.
Fans and collectors can see highlight lots in person first. Propstore is hosting a free public exhibition at The Cumberland Hotel in London from 24 to 27 September 2026.

The wider sale will also include pieces from some of the world’s most celebrated artists, taking the £3 million collection well beyond Jackson’s stage wardrobe.
