
The Music Moves Europe Awards will close their 2026 edition at Reeperbahn Festival this Friday, 18 September, with live performances from winner Della and nominees Glazyhaze and Ditter.
The afternoon showcase takes place at 25 Club in Hamburg’s St Pauli district, bringing together artists, music professionals and fans to mark the end of this year’s prize cycle and celebrate the next generation of European music.
German radio presenter Diona Bathily of FluxFM will host the event, with European Commissioner for Intergenerational Fairness, Youth, Culture and Sport Glenn Micallef attending as a special guest.

Cypriot artist Della was among the MME Awards 2026 winners, while Italian band Glazyhaze and French act Ditter were part of this year’s 15-strong nominee list. The EU prize is designed to spotlight emerging artists breaking through across Europe, with previous winners and nominees including Zaho de Sagazan, Stromae, ROSALÍA, Dua Lipa, girl in red and Hozier.
Attention now turns to the next edition. The MME Awards 2027 nominees will be announced on Wednesday, 4 November 2026 during Riga Music Week in Latvia, with the 2027 winners revealed on Thursday, 14 January 2027 at ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag) in Groningen, the Netherlands.
