The multi-platinum-selling electronic rock band Pendulum, composed of Rob Swire, Gareth McGrillen, Peredur ap Gwynedd and KJ Sawka, are thrilled to unveil Matt Tuck’s rework of their recent collaborative chart-topping hit, ‘Halo’. Available now via Virgin/Mushroom, the Bullet For My Valentine frontman provides a fierce take on the already thundering original, propelling it even higher into the realms of rock grandeur.
With a creative vision that knows no bounds, Tuck has breathed new life into ‘Halo’, masterfully adding and tweaking elements from the original. The outcome is a heightened and more aggressive interpretation of the single, resonating with the edginess that fans have come to expect from both Pendulum and Bullet For My Valentine.

Initially featuring his vocals to the original, Pendulum’s collaboration with Matt Tuck proved to be a resonating success around the world. It was added to just about every major rock and electronic editorial playlist, amassed a whopping 1.16 million streams its first week, and even earning radio support from prestigious stations such as Full Metal Jackie and Sirius XM’s prestigious Octane #TestDrive show. Fans also got to witness this collaboration firsthand during Pendulum’s monumental performance at the Download Festival earlier this year.
Pendulum’s status as a platinum-certified force is undeniable, boasting three chart-topping albums, including the iconic debut ‘Hold Your Colour’, alongside a UK #1 and #2 for ‘Immersion’ and ‘In Silico’. Emerging from Perth, Australia, their fusion of drum and bass with rock sensibilities has transcended borders, accumulating over a million albums sold in the UK alone.
As a live band, Pendulum are an unstoppable, award-winning act, selling out global arena tours and playing to thousands across main stage performances from Glastonbury, Download to Reading and Leeds and a 2023 headline slot at Ultra Miami. They recently played a sold-out show at London’s iconic Alexandra Palace, where they debuted new music alongside fan favourites such as the UK Top 10 singles ‘Watercolour’ and ‘Propane Nightmares’. Pendulum is set to once again astound fans at the highly-anticipated one-day music extravaganza at London’s Gunnersbury Park, where they will share the stage with fellow rock legends Limp Bizkit.
Upcoming Pendulum gigs:
- 13th August – Gunnersbury Park, London UK
- 1st September – Lindisfarne Festival, Holy Island UK
- 16th September – Tokyo World Festival, Bristol UK
