With summer around the corner, festival season is in full force, and many will be flocking to Cornwall for Boardmasters Festival for five days of music and surfing.
Rubicon RAW, the big flavour, high energy drink, is a long-standing sponsor for the festival. This year the popular energy brand has launched a new competition and festival fans can now win x2 VIP Boardmasters tickets and a whopping £500 spending money!
The lucky winners will attend Boardmasters festival this summer from 7th-11th August 2024. It’s not one to be missed with Stormzy, Chase & Status and Sam Fender topping the bill, plus Becky Hill, Courtneeners, The Streets, Bicep pres Chroma, Nia Archives, Declan McKenna and Tom Odell to name a few. The festival is situated across two locations in Cornwall – UK’s surfing mecca, Fistral Beach, and Watergate Bay – both are great locations to enjoy drinks in the summer sun and watch live music.
With tickets selling faster than ever before, here’s what you need to know to be in with the chance to win….
How to get involved
Boardmasters is inspired by the freedom, adventure and creativity of surfing and music. That’s why Rubicon RAW has teamed up with three adventure and sport-loving influencers, Lara Tazmin (Snowboarder), Theo Challoner (Paraglider/extreme sports) and Lachlan Blair (Mountain biker) – to launch this competition.
The three influencers will reveal three separate secret locations in the UK where you can participate to win tickets: these popular areas will be in London, Greater Manchester and Birmingham.
Each influencer will drop clues on their own Instagram stories, over the series of four days, to reveal the different locations where tickets can be won. The exact locations in London, Birmingham and Greater Manchester will then be revealed to all, kickstarting the competition and race to find the Rubicon RAW surfboards (and in turn, the tickets).
The three lucky winners to find the surfboard in each of the locations will win the ultimate prize: x2 VIP Boardmasters tickets and £500 spending money.
Don’t worry if you don’t get to the location first, there’s still a chance for all participants to win prizes. For everyone else who cracked the clues and found the three surfboards, you can scan a special QR code for a chance to win x2 general admission tickets – result!
