Shindig Festival reveal line-up poster for Tutti Frutti beach bar

Shindig Festival organisers have revealed this year’s line-up poster for the Tutti Frutti beach bar. DJ and producer Goldie tops the bill, which also features rave due Altern-8 and breakbeat pioneers Plump DJs.

Previously known as Shindig Weekender, 2020 will be the festival’s 10th-birthday celebration and its first year at its new home on the Dillington Estate in Somerset. The rolling parkland includes more space for camping and live-in vehicles and also boasts a 16th-century manor house hotel, to be used exclusively by Shindiggers during the festival.

Headliner Goldie was awarded an MBE by Princes Charles just under four years ago for services to music and young people. His recent festival appearances include Leeds, Reading, Creamfields and Parklike, as well as featuring on the Glastonbury line-up in 2017, 2015 and 2013.

Beyond the Tutti Frutti bar, Shindig have already revealed The Cuban Brothers will be returning this summer. Symphonica ft Mr Switch and Shades of Rhythm are also confirmed and family attractions will include Aardman Model Making Workshops with Shaun the Sheep.

Shindig has a selection of themed areas with no designated main stage. The line-up poster for Shindig’s Ghetto Funk Nightclub was revealed before Christmas, with organisers saying: “To celebrate 10 years of Ghetto Funk Records, we are digging deep into the Ghetto Funk back catalogue. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to dance the weekend away with pioneers who took the Ghetto Funk sound to the world over the last 10 years!”

Both line-up posters have now been added to our round-up of every British festival line-up poster for 2020. They’re shown in calendar order and can be split by month or by weekend to make planning your summer super simple.

After Shindig 2019, organisers shared drone footage of the campsites taken on Monday, showing festival-goers had left the site immaculately clean with minimal waste. The festival’s capacity had increased by 3,500 to almost 10,000 and Thursday-opening was added for the first time.

Shindig Festival 2020 will take place from 21st – 24th May at the Dillington Estate in Somerset. Tickets are currently on sale from the official website.
