UK promoters can now access up to £5m in funding from Ticket Fairy

Ticket Fairy Funding

Ticket Fairy has announced a significant expansion of its global financing capabilities, a move set to unlock unprecedented growth opportunities for the events sector. The ticketing and management platform has secured a deal to provide millions in funding to event promoters, festivals, and venues across the UK, Europe, and the United States.

Through its new credit partners, Ticket Fairy can now facilitate substantial funding packages for its clients. This includes up to £5 million per client in the UK, offering a vital lifeline for large-scale domestic events. Internationally, the deal unlocks up to €3 million per client across Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Ireland, as well as up to $3 million per client in the United States.

In addition to the main lending programmes, the platform is launching a new Revolving Line of Credit facility specifically for the US market. This provides up to $100,000 per client and operates similarly to a credit card, allowing for instant cash access based on previous revenue. The funding is designed to empower promoters to cover essential upfront expenses, scale their festival operations, and super-charge marketing efforts.

Ritesh and Jigar Patel, co-CEOs of Ticket Fairy, addressed the financial pressures currently facing the industry. “The events industry has always been a tough place to survive, but for many it’s now harder than ever,” they stated. “With a behavioural shift to last minute ticket purchases, promoters and venues have tighter working capital and cashflow to pay artist deposits and other upfront expenses.”

Jigar Patel added that this capital “opens the door to hundreds of millions in financial support for event creators at a time when banks and traditional lenders close theirs.” The initiative aims to provide an all-in-one solution that combines financial backing with the platform’s existing technological tools to increase revenue and streamline operations.

Ticket Fairy positions itself as an end-to-end platform designed to remove the need for multiple vendors. Aside from the new funding options, key features include daily payouts via Stripe for instant liquidity, a referral system that incentivises attendees to sell tickets, and advances based on historic ticket sales. The system also includes a full festival management suite covering accreditation, guest lists, and multi-day passes.

The platform operates with a transparency-focused fee structure where costs are added to the ticket price, ensuring organisers receive 100% of the face value. Ticketing fees are scaled down for higher-priced tiers, dropping as low as 5% for premium tickets. Ticket Fairy has already processed over $300 million in tickets for events such as TwitchCon, Mayan Warrior, and Papaya Playa Project.
