From the idyllic shores of Chew Valley Lake, Valley Fest returns this weekend, August 3 to 6, promising a rousing blend of live music and delectable cooking demonstrations. This lakeside food and music extravaganza is just a 30-minute drive from Bristol and is set to make a big splash with an impressive lineup featuring headliners Soul II Soul, The Kooks, and Scouting for Girls.
Yet, it’s not just international stars that will shine at the festival; an array of local Bristol talent will also grace the stage. This includes the captivating Ishmael Ensemble, the trailblazing Black-led female/non-binary DJ crew, Booty Bass, and the energetic Doreen Doreen. Offering a compelling mix of tunes and tastes, Valley Fest is set to be a standout event, proving once again that the best fests are about more than just the music.
