The Leadmill has launched a new Crowdfunder prize draw to win a one-of-a-kind guitar made from the venue’s original dancefloor and signed by Sheffield rock giants Bring Me The Horizon. The prize also includes a signed piece of The Leadmill’s original stage, pairing two pieces of the venue’s history. Entries will support the team as it continues its search for a new home.
The campaign follows the success of The Leadmill’s first dancefloor guitar prize draw, which raised over £10,000 through the support of hundreds of contributors. That first guitar was signed by a line-up of Sheffield artists including Arctic Monkeys, Pulp, Richard Hawley, Def Leppard, The Human League, Milburn, Reverend and the Makers and Bring Me The Horizon. The winner, Lara Disco, was presented with her guitar at an intimate acoustic show by Joe Carnall Jnr of Milburn at Yellow Arch Studios earlier this year.
The new draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Entries are available through the campaign page, with a free postal entry route also available. Full details, terms and conditions, and the closing date are on that page.

The prize draw closes at 2pm on 20 November 2026. The winner will be announced at 2pm on 23 November 2026, with The Leadmill confirming the result on its Instagram and Facebook pages. The venue says the old dancefloor has held decades of unforgettable gigs and club nights, and that part of it has now been turned into a guitar with a new life ahead of it.
For more than four decades, The Leadmill has been at the heart of Sheffield’s music and cultural scene, hosting generations of fans and championing emerging talent alongside internationally renowned artists. The venue describes itself as one of Sheffield’s best-known live music and cultural venues, with a history spanning more than 45 years. Following its eviction, the team is continuing to work towards a new home and to protect its future. The crowdfunding campaign is live now and is open to supporters locally and beyond.
Bring Me The Horizon remain one of Sheffield’s biggest musical exports. The band headlined Reading and Leeds in 2025, their first fully fledged headline slot at the twin festivals, and frontman Oli Sykes billed that show as the only UK performance of that year and the final European date of the Nex Gen campaign.
