December 10 add extra Eventim Apollo date due to demand

December 10

Britain’s new boy band December 10 have added a second date at London’s Eventim Apollo on Friday 11 December, after demand for their first birthday shows outstripped the original Thursday night.

The two gigs will be their biggest headline shows to date, billed as massive parties marking one year since the septet formed on camera during Netflix’s Simon Cowell: The Next Act, which landed worldwide on 10 December 2025.

Tickets for both nights are on sale now. The original first birthday party remains Thursday 10 December 2026, with the extra date the following evening at the same Hammersmith venue.

December 10: 1st Birthday Party

  • Thursday 10 December 2026, London Eventim Apollo
  • Friday 11 December 2026, London Eventim Apollo (extra date)

The new show announcement arrives on the back of a summer of festivals across the UK, Europe and Asia, and the release of their debut EP, On Your Side, via EMI Records. The EP entered the UK Official Albums Chart at number five, making it the highest charting EP of 2026 and the highest charting debut EP by a British boy band in over a decade.

Nine months on from their reveal on the global series, Cruz (20), Danny (17), Hendrik (20), John (18), Josh (17), Nicolas (17) and Seán (19) have already packed more into their career than many acts manage in years. They have amassed over 30 million streams, 27 million YouTube views and 4.5 million social media followers, and sold out two tour runs this year within minutes, a sharp jump from the intimate rooms on their first UK and Ireland tour in February.

Internationally, they made their festival debut at Ultra Teens Fest Japan, returned to play Summer Sonic Festival in Japan, then took in Reading & Leeds in the UK.

December 10 are not just singers but accomplished musicians too, playing 14 instruments between them. Nicolas plays guitar and harmonica, Danny plays guitar, Josh plays guitar, cajón and drums, Hendrik plays guitar, bass and piano, and Seán plays guitar, piano and harmonica, while John was due to take Grade 8 clarinet and piano this year until life got a bit busy.

The group present themselves as a boy band for our times, representing Chorley, Rochester, Dublin, London, Lisbon and Walsall, with Irish, Brazilian, Indian, Nigerian and Jamaican heritage between them. Their influences run from Fela Kuti, Daft Punk, Brent Faiyaz and Steve Lacy to Pearl Jam, Freddie Mercury, The Notorious B.I.G., Catfish and the Bottlemen, Sabrina Carpenter and Usher, alongside Brazilian icons such as Legião Urbana and Cazuza.

Fun, high energy and already one of Britain’s most talked about new pop bands, December 10 have On Your Side out now via EMI. Tickets for both Eventim Apollo birthday dates are on sale now.
