Eastern Margins has upgraded Margins United 2026 to two new London venues after the third edition outgrew its original Club360 site. The day to night celebration of alternative East and South East Asian culture now lands at Exhibition White City in the afternoon and Village Underground after dark on Saturday 26 September.
South Korean pop standout Yves headlines the daytime programme, with fast rising J-pop group f5ve also on the bill. The night session then heads east to Village Underground for Amanda Sze, DJ Love, kimj, tamanaramen and umru b2b Rui from f5ve.
The 2026 edition had originally been announced for Club360 in Tottenham. Organisers say a sell out forced the move, giving the festival more room for artists, traders and audiences while keeping the same brief: putting alternative East and South East Asian culture, underground music and contemporary creativity at the centre.
Daytime runs from 3pm to 10pm at Exhibition White City, Ariel Way, W12 7SL, a short walk from Wood Lane and White City stations. The night event then shifts to Village Underground, 54 Holywell Lane, EC2A 3PQ, from 11.30pm to 4.30am, with last entry at 2am. Day and night tickets are sold separately, with a bundle covering both, from around £35. The event is 18+. Tickets are on sale via Eastern Margins.
Yves has built a distinctive mix of alternative pop and experimental electronic music since her solo debut in 2024, with collaborations including PinkPantheress and underscores. Her recent track Nail is also set to feature on the EA SPORTS FC 27 soundtrack. f5ve join her with a genre blurring mix of hyperpop, electronic pop and club production, having recently passed 1 million TikTok followers.
The rest of the daytime bill leans into electronic, pop and club sounds from across East and South East Asia and its diaspora. The Deep brings DIY, turbo charged electronic pop from South Korea, Chengdu cloud rapper jackzebra arrives with dream soaked trap and Mandarin language lyrics, and they are joined by R!R!Riot, User 116, Yaka and Heroic Dragon.
DJ Love returns to Margins United for a third appearance, taking his high energy Budots sound into the Village Underground night with Amanda Sze, Korean American producer kimj, tamanaramen and umru b2b Rui. London collectives KOMA, Haven and 大地 DADI360 will also programme the night, spotlighting emerging Asian talent and linking London’s underground rooms with international audiences.
The expanded daytime programme at Exhibition White City is built as more than a gig. Live sets and DJs sit alongside independent traders, food vendors, publishers, fashion designers and community activity, with the Eternal Market returning as the festival’s annual marketplace for ESEA creatives and businesses.
Come hungry. Angie’s Caphe, Banzai Kitchen, Dopi and Yun Gui Chuan Rice Noodles will serve Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean and Hong Kong flavours through the day. The market also includes statement nails from Haco Nail Salon, tooth gems and rhinestone prints from Anya Maneechai, and vintage Japanese books, records and other finds from Caravan Worldwide. Hands on workshops run through the afternoon, including mahjong with Four Winds Mahjong, hot sauce sticker making with Spillll.Studio and traditional Bai woodblock printing with Yi Crafts London.
Now in its third year, Margins United has become a fixture in the ESEA cultural calendar. Previous editions have featured Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, yeule, Jax Jones, Onra and Lia Lia, spanning J-pop, alternative pop, experimental electronic music and global club culture. Eastern Margins, founded in 2018, has used club nights, live events, a record label and the festival to platform artists and communities often left out of the mainstream. The move into larger rooms across London is the next step in that growth.
