After Boomtown’s triumphant return with Chapter One: The Gathering this summer, there’s already strong interest in tickets for Chapter Two: The Twin Trail – set to take place from Wednesday 9th – Sunday 13th August 2023.
Ticket sale date confirmed
We already knew tickets would go on sale in early October and we now have an exact date.
Organisers have confirmed that ticket sales for Boomtown 2023 will start at 7pm on Wednesday 5th October.
Ticket prices now confirmed
Boomtown tickets are sold with tiered pricing and those who buy earlier benefit from the lowest prices. The cheapest ‘Phase 1’ tickets can sell out fast so if you want to lock in the best value you might need to be ready when they go on sale. The instalment scheme will be returning again this year so you’ll be able to secure a ticket with just a deposit.
Boomtown organisers said in a recent email: “Unfortunately the festival only just made it to break even financially this year, so we are going to be pushing the ticket prices up a little inline with all other festivals. This is to help address the many problems behind the scenes, help the crews, the artists, evolve creatively and make sure we are financially sustainable.”
All tickets below (except kids/teens) include entry from Thursday and camping throughout. Wednesday entry upgrades can be added later for £20.
Green Transport tickets
Must be purchased with a coach ticket, or a Winchester train station shuttle bus ticket
- Phase 1 – £250 (+coach ticket, booking fee, eco bond deposit)
- Phase 2 – £260 (+coach ticket, booking fee, eco bond deposit)
- Phase 3 – £270 (+coach ticket, booking fee, eco bond deposit)
- Phase 4 – £280 (+coach ticket, booking fee, eco bond deposit)
General admission tickets
- Phase 1 – £265(+booking fee and eco bond deposit)
- Phase 2 – £275(+booking fee and eco bond deposit)
- Phase 3 – £285(+booking fee and eco bond deposit)
- Phase 4 – £295(+booking fee and eco bond deposit)
Other tickets
- Kids 12 and under – £5 (includes Wednesday entry)
- Teens 13-17 years old – £220 (includes Wednesday entry)
- Car parking – £35
- Campervan passes – £135
All tickets will be available from 7pm Wednesday 5th October at the official ticket page.
Chapter One after movie
Boomtown organisers recently released the incredible after movie from Chapter One, which took place earlier this summer. If you’re not been to Boomtown before it’s well worth checking out and a great way to get a first impression of the event.
