Cream Classical will return to On the Waterfront on Saturday 19 June 2027, the second headline show confirmed for next summer. The four day series is back at Liverpool’s Pier Head from Thursday 17 to Sunday 20 June.
The show puts club anthems through a live orchestra and live vocals, built around the music and legacy of Cream. It is curated by K-Klass and performed by Kaleidoscope Orchestra with Sense of Sound singers. Vocalists and the full DJ line-up are still to be announced, along with more names on the Saturday bill.
This follows a 10th anniversary at the same site in 2026, played to about 10,000 people with a 50 piece orchestra, a choir and guest DJs. Cream Classical was also on the 2025 Pier Head bill, named alongside Sting before The Wolfe Tones were added to that year’s Friday.
It is the second 2027 headliner, after Jamie Webster on Friday. Thursday and Sunday are still open, and organisers say more announcements are coming across the weekend.
Saturday runs from 2pm to 11pm, with last entry at 5pm. It is a standing show at Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1HN. Tickets start from £45 plus booking fee. Entry is 18 and over, with Challenge 21 in operation and valid photo ID required. Friday is a different door: all ages, from £40, with last entry at 7.30pm.
Presale sign up is open now on the Cream Classical page. General sale is at 10am (GMT) on Friday 30 October.
