Award-winning Manchester icon DJ Paulette has been confirmed as a special guest for Pete Tong’s massive Ibiza Classics show at Llangollen Pavilion this summer. The dance music pioneer will join the BBC Radio 1 legend on Thursday, June 25, 2026, for what promises to be a standout night in the North Wales cultural calendar.
The event is part of the extensive ‘TK Maxx presents Live At Llangollen Pavilion’ series, which runs throughout June and July. DJ Paulette will be bringing her signature energy to support Pete Tong and The Essential Orchestra, adding her own chapter to a night celebrating the spirit and sound of the White Isle.
Organisers have confirmed that final tickets for the show are currently available via llangollen.net. Given the pedigree of both acts involved, dance music fans in the region are encouraged to secure their spots quickly for this celebration of club culture.
DJ Paulette is a true trailblazer with over 30 years of experience shaping the scene. Notably, she was one of only two women to hold a monthly residency at Manchester’s legendary Haçienda. Her career has since taken her to residencies at Ministry of Sound and Heaven in London, as well as Zap Club in Brighton and major clubs in Paris and Ibiza.
Her influence has been formally recognised with a string of recent accolades, including the DJ Mag Top 100 Lifetime Achievement award and the ‘DJ of the Year’ title at the Northern Music Awards. From sets at Warehouse Project and Glitterbox to festivals like Defected Malta and Fatboy Slim’s Weekender, Paulette continues to be a dominant force in disco, house, and techno.
Pete Tong needs little introduction to electronic music fans. Having celebrated the 10th anniversary of Ibiza Classics last year with sold-out shows at the Royal Albert Hall, his collaboration with The Essential Orchestra has redefined how dance music is performed live. His career spans three decades of championing new talent and broadcasting, earning him the prestigious Music Industry Trusts Award (MITS) in 2021.
The announcement adds yet another big name to a star-studded summer at the Llangollen Pavilion. The venue is set to host a diverse range of artists, from pop icons like Rick Astley and Billy Ocean to Welsh legends Super Furry Animals and indie favourites Bowling For Soup.
