Choose steak or vegan chilli, served with strictly compostable cutlery, and take a side of sour cream or houmous.
The Kebab Cartel will be bringing their ethical-yet-gangsta kebabs to Donington, featuring
With a killer selection of secret rubs and sauces, a typical Kebab Cartel menu features items such as The Notorious and The Escobar, claimed to be so hot it’s “like a time bomb in your mouth.” Delicious.
Crispy Duck Rotisserie
Fresh crispy duck wraps, in a 10-inch flour tortilla with spring onion, cucumber, and hoisin sauce. Freshly cut from a bespoke rotisserie right in the middle of the Crispy Duck Rotisserie stall.
Also available are duck fat chips, served with garlic salt and rosemary, and a gluten-free duck sharing platter.
King of the Yorky
At King of the Yorky, the menu is exclusively Yorkshire Pudding based. Fill your pudding with either roast shoulder of Welsh pork or English sausage.
From there, pile on a selection of crackling, creamy mash, sage & onion stuffing, onion gravy, mushy peas, or even baked beans.
Basically, this is the place that sells massive Yorkshire puddings full of stuff. You’ll see other people eating these and wonder where they come from.
Pimp My Wings
Pimp My Wings serve great tasting wings and criss-cross fries that are both entirely organic.
There’s a selection of killer sauces such The Redneck, The Lemon Hussy, Carolina Gold, and Bitchin Buffalo.
There’s also the so-called Death Sauce, helpfully labelled as ‘hot as f*ck’ on the menu. This super hot sauce is made using a blend of the world’s hottest chillies, then finished off with their own Hellraiser Habanero Ghost Chilli extract. The menu goes on to warn that “it will burn your balls!!!”
Rocket Dogs specialise in authentic American hot dogs, sold from a replica of an iconic 1950’s Airstream Trailer.
Smoked frankfurters from award-winning butchers served with a range of toppings from onions to sauerkraut.
