How to: Get Free Isle of Wight Festival Tickets

Volunteering with Festaff

Fans can secure free tickets to in return for volunteering with Festaff. They’re one of my favourite firms to volunteer with as they offer many festivals where you only have to work two shifts and pay a much smaller deposit of around £35.

Festaff also give you a meal voucher each shift, which can usually be used at any of the food traders around the festival. Other firms often don’t.

The volunteering roles available offered by Festafff include bar work, wristband checking and stewarding – the specific roles available depend on your choice of festival. You’ll get to select a preference when you apply for each event.

Your shift pattern will be allocated when you arrive on-site and register, and where possible, Festaff will try to give you shifts that match up with any friends you’re volunteering with or artists you really don’t want to miss.

To apply for free tickets, in return for X shifts of volunteering, head to the FESTAFF website and fill out the online application form. FESTAFF’s full list of events includes:

  • Common People
  • Isle of Wight
  • Kendal Calling
  • Camp Bestival
  • Bestival
  • Carfest
  • Creamfields
  • Rewind
  • Bloodstock

Those volunteering with FESTAFF for free tickets will also be given free staff car parking passes.

Other ways to get free %CODEfestname% tickets

As of yet, we are unaware of any other organisations offering free entry to %CODEfestname%. This page will be updated should further opportunities become available. All festivals require thousands of paid staff, most of which will be granted a free ticket to the event. Check with local temporary work agencies and you may find something you love.
