After a few incredible days at Glastonbury, the main stages are about to open with the main music line-up getting underway in just a few short hours.
Billie Eilish will make Glasto’ history at 10:15pm tonight when she becomes the youngest artist to headline the iconic Pyramid Stage – but there’s loads to look forward to before then. The Libertines will open The Other Stage at 11:30am this morning before Ziggy Marley opens the Pyramid at 12:15pm.
If you’re not at Worthy Farm, today’s the day you can finally start watching along at home with the BBC live streaming hours and hours of music from the main stages.
Also on today’s line-up are Wolf Alice (4:45pm), Supergrass (5:15pm), Sigrid (6pm), Idles (6:45pm) and Sam Fender (8:15pm) – before Little Simz headlines the West Holts stage at 10:15pm and Primal Scream headline the John Peel Stage at 10:30pm.

The former Spice Girl played a DJ set at William’s Green yesterday afternoon before joining Blossoms as a guest today.

There’s a huge crowd gathered for Wet Leg on the Park Stage, as shown below by Glastonbury’s live Twitter account.

Spotted on the BBC’s live coverage, there’s a special flag for the Prime Minister on display at Rufus Wainwright’s Pyramid Stage set.
12:39pm – Rain on the way
The latest weather radar shows a band of showers will pass over the country later today.
They’re currently expected to hit Glastonbury between 6pm and 7pm – but don’t worry, they won’t last long so even if you get soaked, you’ll dry off quick enough.

Ahead of The Libertines opening set on the Other Stage, Ukraine’s President Zelensky delivered this message to the waiting crowds via the big screens.
11:41am – Big crowd for The Libertines
As expected, there’s a massive crowd at the Other Stage right now watching The Libertines open the festival’s main music line-up.
11:32am – BBC coverage starts from 1:45pm
Despite the main stages opening from 11:30am, with Ziggy Marley opening the Pyramid at 12:15pm, the BBC’s live streaming won’t begin until 1:45pm this afternoon – missing out a whole host of amazing acts and surely leaving many fans at home disappointed.
11:10am – Crowds gathering for The Libertines
With The Libertines about to open the festival’s main music line-up with an 11:30am set on The Other Stage, fans have already started to gather in anticipation. This one isn’t being streamed by the BBC – so you’ll need to be there if you want to see it live.

10:30am – Wolf Alice land at Heathrow
After flight cancellations left Wolf Alice stranded in LA yesterday, we’re happy to learn they’ve landed in London this morning after flying via Seatlle. They’ll be on the Pyramid Stage at 4:45pm this afternoon.
9:38am – Sleaford Mods live Q&A
Sleaford Mods will be doing a live Q&A with The Guardian on the William’s Green stage at 10:20am this morning – ahead of their main set on the West Holts Stage at 4pm this afternoon.
9:02am – Big queues for coffee and showers
With most punters having spent two nights at Worthy Farm, plus another night travelling or in the queue outside, everyone seems to want a shower this morning. With very limited options across the site, the queues have quickly built up this morning, with many opting for a quick wash at the taps or at their tent instead – or perhaps a portable solar shower.
There are also big queues for anywhere selling coffee and a slight wait for most of the compost toilets – though past experience tells us all these queues will quickly die down as the day progresses.
7:45am – Wolf Alice en route
Yesterday morning, Wolf Alice were potentially in line to miss their highly anticipated Glastonbury set after their flight from LA was cancelled at the last minute. They said: “Has anyone got a private jet in LA? Our flights been cancelled and we need to get to Glastonbury not joking”.
However, it looks like we might be in luck, as the band confirmed last night they now have alternative flights arranged via Seattle. Let’s hope they make it over to London and then over to Pilton in plenty of time for their 4:45pm slot on the Pyramid Stage.
