Latitude add 45 new acts and confirm day splits

Latitude have confirmed the day splits for the summer’s festival, alongside adding 45 new acts to the line-up. Supposedly, this is all in celebration of ‘International Dance Day’ on Sunday.

Friday’s Latitude line-up is set to feature Solange, Belle and Sebastian, The Charlatans, and James. Saturday, headlined by The Killers, will also feature The Vaccines, Jessica Ware, Mogwai, and The Breeders.

Latitude will be closed by alt-j, who headline the festival’s Obelisk Arena main stage Sunday night. Also performing on the Sunday are Wolf Alice, Rag ‘n’ Bone Man, Sleeper, Fickle Friends, and Gabrielle Aplin.

In perhaps the most Latitude move ever, BBC Radio 4’s Gardeners’ Question Time has been added to the line-up.

Also featuring is ‘teacher turned poet and battle-rapper’ Mark Grist, famed for this very explicit “teacher vs student” rap battle several years ago.

Saturday day tickets for Latitude have already sold out, presumably as The Killers headline Saturday. Weekend tickets are still available, as are day tickets for Friday and Saturday.
