The first tickets for Glastonbury 2023 go on sale later today, in the festival’s first main ticket sale in over three years.
As usual, the coach packages, which include a Glasto entry ticket and travel from 24 locations across the UK, will go on sale first at 6pm tonight, Thursday 3rd November. General admission tickets will then go on sale at 9am this Sunday, 6th November.
Only people already registered to buy tickets can take part, so if you haven’t got a registration number you’ll have to wait until the resale of cancelled tickets next year.
If you’re lucky enough to get a coach package ticket tonight, you must travel on the booked coach to gain entry to the festival. Tickets are given out by the driver once on the coach.
Tickets will only be available from glastonbury.seetickets.com so make sure you’re on that exact page. There’s no queueing system, so as long as you turn up by 6pm you’ve got as good a chance as anyone else. Tickets normally sell out in around half an hour and only a lucky few will reach the booking pages and successfully purchase tickets in that time.
Glastonbury 2023 will take place from Wednesday 21st June until Sunday 25th June, with most people travelling home on the Monday. Coach package tickets will be available for both Wednesday and Thursday arrivals, but you won’t be able to change which day after purchase.
As for who might be playing, the full Glastonbury line-up isn’t usually confirmed until the end of May, but loads of artists, including the headliners, are typically revealed earlier. Plus, some artists will ‘self-confirm’ their place and many others will be rumoured – and some of the strongest rumours always prove to be true. Last time around, the main line-up poster was released at the start of March.
We’ve listed every artist that’s either officially confirmed, self-confirmed or rumoured here – and we’re keeping the list updated daily with the latest developments. So far, as usual, no artists have been officially confirmed ahead of the main ticket sale.

As in previous years, coach package tickets will be sold on the Thursday night before the main general admission ticket sale on Sunday morning. This year’s coach package sale starts at 6pm Thursday 3rd November, then general admission tickets will go on sale at 9am Sunday 6th November.
How much do Glastonbury 2023 tickets cost?
Glastonbury 2023 tickets will cost £340, with a £335 face value and a £5 booking fee per ticket. You pay a £50 deposit to secure your ticket in the November sales (plus the full coach fare below, if buying a coach package), then pay the remaining balance between 1st-7th April 2023.
Where do you buy Glastonbury tickets?
Glastonbury tickets are only sold from glastonbury.seetickets.com – absolutely nowhere else is allocated tickets, and as they’re non-transferable, only tickets found on the official Glastonbury Seetickets page will be legit and anything else is almost certainly a scam.

How many tickets can you buy?
If you’re lucky enough to get through to the booking page, you’ll be able to secure up to 6 tickets in one booking. Each ticket must be allocated to an existing registration when booking – so you’ll need your friends’ registration numbers and postcodes ready.
What are coach package tickets?
To encourage sustainable travel, festival tickets with coach travel included are sold first and might give you a better chance of getting a festival ticket – however, you must travel on the booked coach. The driver hands out the actual Glastonbury tickets once you’re on the coach.
How much does the coach cost?

Glastonbury latest
Pulp are now strongly rumoured to appear on the Glastonbury 2023 line-up after announcing details of a reunion tour next summer – which includes space for a potential Glasto slot. The band were already deemed a likely contender by bookmakers, who in September were offering odds of 9/1 on Pulp headlining the iconic Pyramid Stage.
In other Glastonbury news, Victoria Beckham has ruled out a Worthy Farm appearance as part of a Spice Girls reunion in a US TV interview – following years of speculation fuelled by her former band mates.
She told Watch What Happens Live: “I had so much fun being in the Spice Girls – but now, with everything else that I have got going on with my fashion and my beauty line, four children, I couldn’t commit to that. love the girls. I really, really enjoy singing Spice Girls when I’m doing karaoke, but I think I’d better leave it there.”
Guns N Roses are also rumoured, with bookmakers ranking the band as one of the favourites to headline the iconic Pyramid Stage next summer.
In an interview with Metal Hammer last year, Glastonbury organiser Emily Eavis was asked : “Who’s the heaviest band you would book for the Festival?”
She replied: “We had Napalm Death in 2017, and it doesn’t get much heavier than that! But I think Guns N’ Roses need to play here at some point don’t they?”
The American rapper has never played at the festival before, but a ‘festival insider’ claimed the organisers think the deal for June 2023 will be successful.
They told The Sun: “Eminem is wanted for a huge slot at Glastonbury and has been in talks for yonks. His dates all line-up and if they can get him on board, it will be the first time he has ever played at the festival. Eminem is one of the greatest rappers on the planet and to have him down on the farm would be incredible.”
While reports suggest he would be headlining the Pyramid Stage, and this would certainly be the most fitting slot if Eminem did appear at Glastonbury, organiser Emily Eavis said previously that all headliners for 2023 had already been booked. For The Sun’s sources to be correct, he would have to be played a “huge slot” elsewhere at the festival – unless of course, a previously booked headliner has dropped out.
Despite the Sun’s insider claiming Eminem’s tour dates line up with a potential Glastonbury appearance, the rapper has not currently announced any upcoming gigs, suggesting the source either has access to unreleased information or is mistaken.
Arctic Monkeys were also rumoured to have signed a deal to headline Glastonbury 2023 when their UK tour sold out in minutes earlier this month. A source told The Sun: “‘Alex Turner and the band are coming back to Glastonbury, and this time their set is going to be even bigger and better.
“The lads have signed on the dotted line and will return to the Pyramid Stage next June. It is really special for them to be doing a hat-trick on that stage and it is something they have wanted to do for a while.”
