Sheffield’s independent all-dayer Get Together has announced a fresh wave of acts for its sixth edition, taking place across various venues in Kelham Island and Neepsend on Saturday 16th May 2026. Tickets are on sale now via gettogetherfestival.com.
Joining co-headliners Fat Dog and The Horrors are London-based post-industrial electronic outfit Factory Floor, hotly tipped Scottish indie fourpiece Lucia & The Best Boys, and Sheffield-based shoegaze trio Pale Blue Eyes. They join a bill that already includes electroclash legend Erol Alkan, Gwenno, Alexis Taylor, DEADLETTER, Lime Garden, Lynks, Lauren Auder, Stealing Sheep and many more. Fat Dog, who made a similarly striking impression at Truck Festival in 2024, have risen rapidly to become a headline-worthy live act, and their co-headlining slot here alongside The Horrors promises to be one of the highlights of the day.
Also announced today are The Tubs, Charlie Noordewier, Cherryholt, Clémentine March, Dead Dads Club, Imogen and The Knife, Isak Benjamin, Jawdropped, Jellyskin, Life Aquatic Band, Lois, Modern Woman, Rail Replacement Bus Service, Raynor, Spanish Horses, The Dream Machine, The Kellows and Weave, taking the total bill to upwards of 70 artists.
Entirely new to Get Together 2026 is Curious Thoughts, a dedicated space for creative talks, conversations and art installations. Newly announced for that strand are artist Babek Ganjei in conversation with Glenn Fisher, folklore writer Lally Macbeth in conversation with Carl Gosling, and journalist Dan Dylan Wray discussing his book Groovy, Laidback & Nasty: The History of Independent Music in Sheffield. The Curious Thoughts programme will also feature Real Magic Books, The Tom J. Newell & Friends Poster Exhibition and a Spinning Discs Pop-Up Record Shop.
This year’s edition sees Get Together expand in a number of meaningful ways. Four new indoor and outdoor stages have been added, along with new venues across the Kelham Island and Neepsend area, increasing capacity, bringing earlier performance start times and reducing clashes throughout the day. Pete Fowler has been confirmed as Artist in Residence, while the Into The Night programme of late-night DJ sets will again be led by Erol Alkan, Tom Sharkett and The Social Takeover.
Beyond the music, the food and drink offering returns in style. A Food Village curated by Peddler will bring together the best independent, local and artisanal traders, while Kelham Island Brewery hosts another edition of The Beer Mile, welcoming some of the best beer makers in the country.
Festival Director Kieran Crosby said: “I’m really pleased with how this year’s Get Together has shaped up! We have so many new collaborators who are bringing new perspectives to what is already a brilliant day and I can’t wait to see how all of the new elements of the venues piece together. Get Together is presented by Leeds-based promoters Futuresound Group, whose portfolio includes Live At Leeds In The City, Slam Dunk Festival and Ed Sheeran’s headline shows at Roundhay Park. Since its inception, Get Together has earned widespread praise for placing emerging talent and internationally established acts side by side, with Clash describing the event as “the best kind of treasure hunt” and Far Out noting that “its success is well earned.”
