Glastonbury organisers have revealed some of the acts for this year’s Pilton Party, an annual one-night ‘thank you’ event for local residents and workers.
Elbow and Easy Life will appear at the event on Friday 2nd September, with tickets going on sale in person only at The Old Festival Office on Northload Street in Glastonbury town centre. They’ll be available from 10am-4pm on Saturday 6th August at £35 for adults or £15 for children under 13.
The Velvet Hands and Inkara are set to appear as support acts, and when the live music ends around 11am, a DJ set from Patmandu will keep the party going until midnight. Just like the main festival but unusually for a one-night event, you’ll even be allowed to bring in your own alcohol! (though there will be a bar open too!)
Parking is available at the event and while there’s no camping option, shuttle buses will be in operation from either Shepton Mallet or Glastonbury town for an extra £10 on each ticket.

Artists appearing at Pilton Party typically feature on the line-up of the next Glastonbury Festival, although both Elbow and Easy Life played incredible Pyramid Stage sets at this year’s Glasto.
In 2019, Supergrass reformed on the morning of Pilton Party to headline the event that night. The band were then set to feature at the 2020 festival until the pandemic forced the it to cancel, before finally playing their Glastonbury reunion show “two years late” earlier this summer. Wolf Alice were also on the Pilton Party 2019 line-up and also went on to appear at Glastonbury 2022.
Liam Gallagher headlined Pilton Party 2017 which raised thousands of pounds for a Pilton village fund.
