JAY-Z 30 is installing a large scale immersive experience in Trafalgar Square from 1 September, timed around the rapper’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium concerts on 4 and 5 September and three decades of his music.
The five day takeover also marks 25 years of The Blueprint. Televisions from the era will screen music videos, performances and period programming, putting visitors back in 2001 and the cultural moment around the critically acclaimed album.
The installation runs from 1 to 5 September, 11:00 to 19:00. Further hours and programming updates are being posted at JAYZ30.com.
The two North London dates are JAY-Z’s only UK shows on this run, and his first solo London stadium return in more than a decade after the Magna Carta World Tour. Doors for general admission are listed at 17:00, with seated tickets still available via Ticketmaster from £54.50.
Those concerts sit in a short stadium sequence that opened in New York and continues after London. Confirmed dates are:

The Trafalgar Square chapter follows the opening of JAŸ-Z 30 in New York and is due to continue in Paris. A separate London pop-up at UMusic Shop Camden in Stables Market is already running until 2 September, 11:00 to 19:00, with exclusive London merch and evening DJ sets.
