Sziget is giving away free tickets on the streets of London today

Sziget competition sign

Sziget Festival is giving away free tickets on the streets of London today, as a purple-clad rep takes up position outside Central Saint Martins (UAL) in King’s Cross from 1pm. Anyone who spots the “Fallow me to…” sign and says the secret phrase, “Island of Freedom”, wins a pair of tickets on the spot.

The stunt is designed to reward curiosity, with the festival leaning into its identity as the Island of Freedom, a title that has defined Sziget since its earliest editions. The Budapest-based event returns to Óbuda Island from 11–15 August 2026, with a headline line-up that includes Twenty One Pilots and Lewis Capaldi, alongside Florence + the Machine and electronic legends Underworld.

Head to outside Central Saint Martins / UAL in King’s Cross from 1pm today (Friday 17th April). The rep will be in purple, holding the sign. Just say the words.
