Rock for People has named Parkway Drive as its third headliner for 2027, with Evanescence joining as special guests. The festival returns to Park 360 in Hradec Králové, Czechia, from Wednesday 2nd to Saturday 5th June 2027.
The Australian metalcore band will top the bill on Friday 4th June, joining previously confirmed headliners blink-182 and Faith No More. Organisers say another headliner is still to come. This latest wave adds more than 40 names, including Bastille, Joost, Beartooth, Carpenter Brut, Kreator, Hot Mulligan, The Devil Wears Prada, Daughtry, Rico Nasty, Cowboy Hunters and The Snuts.
blink-182 will headline Wednesday 2nd June, with Faith No More on Thursday 3rd June and Parkway Drive on Friday 4th June. Festival and day tickets are on sale now via the official Rock for People website. Organisers say more than half of tickets for 2027 have already sold, following a sold-out 2026 edition.
For UK fans, the site is about 90 minutes from Prague. The festival has also been nominated for International Festival of the Year at the UK Festival Awards, plus Best Major Festival and Line-up of the Year at the European Festival Awards.
Parkway Drive are known for large-scale live productions, built around heavy riffs, big choruses and pyrotechnics. The Byron Bay band have moved from the metalcore underground to arena and major festival headline slots. UK audiences last saw that scale at Download Festival in 2023, then a smaller secret set at Download in 2024.
Evanescence return to Rock for People for the first time in a decade. Led by Amy Lee, the two-time Grammy winners will play hits including ‘Bring Me to Life’, ‘My Immortal’ and ‘Going Under’, alongside newer tracks such as ‘Afterlife’ and ‘End of You’.
Bastille also return, for the first time since 2015. The BRIT Award winners are best known for ‘Pompeii’ and ‘Happier’. Dutch artist Joost, who broke through internationally with ‘Europapa’ in 2024, joins with a live show that mixes electronic music, rap, punk and pop.
The heavier end of the new wave includes Beartooth, German thrash band Kreator, French synthwave act Carpenter Brut and The Devil Wears Prada. Also added are Swedish progressive metal band Orbit Culture, Novelists, Annisokay, Resolve and Einar Solberg of Leprous, plus Our Promise, XO Armor, Royal Sorrow, Cenobia and Showing Teeth.

Emo, punk and alternative additions include Hot Mulligan, Hawthorne Heights, As December Falls, Sweet Pill, Donots, FJØRT and The Intersphere. They join previously announced names Architects, Killswitch Engage, Napalm Death, Sleeping With Sirens, Static-X and Wage War. blink-182’s own recent history includes a reunion world tour with UK dates announced in 2022.
Away from the heavier bill, Scottish band The Snuts join Rico Nasty, Daughtry, Tigercub, Irish newcomers Basht., London emo band Tooth and Glaswegian punk duo Cowboy Hunters. Further names include Banshee, Chinaski, Ladrones, Pintglass, The Paradox, Temper City, The Photonics, Evening Elephants, Saint Clair, CF98, EMNW and Netherwilds.
Rock for People director Luděk Motyčka said: “For us, the Rock for People line-up has always been about finding a balance. We bring in today’s biggest arena stars, but at the same time we give plenty of space to new musical trends and wilder club bands. I’m also really pleased that we were able to share this new wave of artists directly with our most loyal fans at a special gathering with the Rock for People team.”
The festival has run since 1995 and is now based at Park 360, a former military airport covering about 50 hectares. The site uses repurposed bunkers and hosts music plus discussions, theatre, dance, comedy, workshops and film. The 2026 edition, which ran from 10th to 14th June, closed its headline bill with Halsey alongside Gorillaz, Iron Maiden and more.
