Rock Werchter has announced a significant expansion to its 2026 lineup, confirming 21 new artists for the massive Belgian festival. Taking place from Thursday 2 July to Sunday 5 July at the Festivalpark in Werchter, the event has added major international names including David Byrne, FKA Twigs, JADE, and Rise Against to the bill.
Alongside the lineup news comes an urgent update regarding tickets. Organisers have confirmed that one-day tickets for Sunday 5 July have already sold out completely. A waiting list has been activated for the Sunday date, though combi tickets for the full weekend and day tickets for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday remain available to purchase via ticketmaster.be.
The new additions cover a broad spectrum of genres, bolstering an already heavyweight roster. Thursday 2 July sees the arrival of solo pop star JADE, alongside death metal outfit Blood Incantation, Editors frontman Tom Smith, and British post-punk group Yard Act. Friday 3 July has been significantly reinforced with FKA Twigs and Wolf Alice, alongside Kingfishr, Franz Ferdinand, Social Distortion, Agnes Obel, and Paris Paloma.
Saturday 4 July welcomes pop sensation Reneé Rapp and Keanu Reeves’ band Dogstar to the Festivalpark. They will be joined by CMAT, Beirut, and Kokoroko. The now sold-out Sunday 5 July finale features new additions including punk veterans Rise Against, Talking Heads legend David Byrne, Scottish post-rockers Mogwai, Americana artist Sierra Ferrell, and Joy Crookes.
These 21 new acts join a lineup that already features massive headliners such as The Cure, Gorillaz, The Prodigy, and Mumford & Sons. With the festival season fast approaching, Rock Werchter is shaping up to be one of the summer’s most significant events on the European calendar.
