Searches for “when are Oasis tickets going on sale” have soared by 5,000% in the last seven days, and hotel prices in the two cities most closely linked to a 2027 return are already moving with them. SeatPick analysed average accommodation costs in Glasgow and Manchester on the suspected concert nights in May and June 2027, and found rooms up by as much as 471%.
The biggest jump is tied to a rumoured Celtic Park opener on 22 May 2027. Two star hotels in Glasgow for 22 to 23 May are averaging £240, against a usual May price of £42. The Gallagher brothers are also rumoured to play Celtic Park on Noel Gallagher’s birthday on 29 May, when five star rooms peak at £356 compared with an average of £121.
Manchester is seeing a similar spike around rumoured Etihad Stadium dates. Hotel prices on the suspected first Saturday night, 5 June, have already soared by 462%. The most expensive night for a two star stay in the city is currently 19 June, at £216, while the rumoured finale on 27 June leaves just a £95 gap between two star rooms (£200) and five star rooms (£295).
The demand fits a wider pattern. Oasis were recently named the most-wanted comeback act of 2027, ticket experts have predicted a Monday for any Oasis presale, and the band have even overtaken Harry Styles in Bond theme betting. Fans who followed the 2025 reunion already know how quickly extras add up, after research put the cost of the 2025 tour at more than two thirds of an average monthly salary once resale tickets, hotels and merch were included.

SeatPick says the suspected opening night of 22 May shows the largest two star hike, from £42 to £240. The rumoured birthday show on 29 May has the second largest two star surge, with rooms at £184, a 328% increase on the usual £43.

The rumoured weekend of 19 June currently has the steepest two star bill in Manchester, at £216 for one overnight stay against a usual June average of £44. Five star rooms that same night are averaging £356, compared with £104. By 27 June, the spread between budget and luxury has narrowed sharply, with two star hotels at £200 and five star hotels at £295.
Gilad Zilberman, CEO at ticket platform SeatPick, said: “Our analysis uncovered an enormous markup for local accommodation on nights that Oasis is rumoured to perform at both Celtic Park in Glasgow and Etihad Stadium in Manchester. Being aware of these accommodation costs and additional expenses can help fans plan their commitment to seeing the rock duo and avoid being caught off guard by inflated prices on concert nights.”
His advice is to look beyond city centre rates before any dates are confirmed. “To find the best deals on hotels, concertgoers should scan budget chains in the city or look slightly outside of the centre in hotspots served by local bus routes or regional trains, such as Paisley or East Kilbride in Glasgow, or Salford and Trafford in Manchester. Using aggregator tools to compare hotel prices will also be helpful to ensure you can find the best deals and discounts.”
