Rock en Seine has rolled out the red carpet for its 2026 edition, unleashing a massive wave of fourteen new artists including Deftones, Interpol, and The Black Keys.
Following the earlier announcement of headliners Tyler, The Creator, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, and The Cure—whose Sunday day tickets vanished in just 24 hours—festival organisers have today revealed a powerful second wave of acts. The new additions, which include shoegaze legends Slowdive and Scottish rockers Biffy Clyro, flesh out the schedule for the festival’s return to the Domaine National de Saint-Cloud from Wednesday 26th to Sunday 30th August 2026.
The most significant revelation from today’s poster release is the confirmation of Deftones as the Saturday headliner. The Sacramento alternative metal titans will top a bill that leans heavily into high-energy rock and punk, joined by the explosive Australian pub-rockers Amyl and the Sniffers and American hardcore punk sensation Turnstile. This “heavy Saturday” shaping up on August 29th offers a distinct flavour compared to the rest of the week, with Marseille’s metalcore outfit LANDMVRKS and the abrasive UK duo Lambrini Girls rounding out a day promising pure electric power.
Friday, August 28th, is shaping up to be a haven for indie and alternative rock fans. Joining the previously announced Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds are garage rock giants The Black Keys, who bring their blues-soaked anthems to Paris alongside Scottish festival favourites Biffy Clyro. The day will also feature the vibrant art-rock of Franz Ferdinand and the laid-back, luminous indie stylings of Philadelphia’s Kurt Vile & The Violators.
Meanwhile, the sold-out Sunday closing party on August 30th has added serious depth to support The Cure. Post-punk revivers Interpol and shoegaze pioneers Slowdive have been confirmed for the final day, creating a dream lineup for fans of atmospheric, guitar-driven soundscapes.
With the new poster now available, the festival’s schedule is becoming clearer, though the Thursday headliner slot remains a mystery.
