Research by ticket platform SeatPick has revealed that old tour merchandise is commanding premium prices, including a rare two-piece poster from the band’s legendary 1996 Knebworth shows currently listed for £1,200 on Vinted.
The memorabilia market has seen equally impressive valuations for clothing items, with a used and worn t-shirt from Oasis’s 1997 Be Here Now tour currently listed on eBay for £1,026.68. These astronomical prices reflect the growing collector interest as fans prepare for what many believe could be the band’s final live performances.

Gilad Zilberman, CEO at SeatPick, suggests fans attending this weekend’s shows should consider the investment potential of current tour merchandise. “If you manage to secure tickets for the final shows this weekend, or even if you don’t but can get to the venue, you could be in for a serious payday,” Zilberman explained.
The ticket platform executive highlighted how music memorabilia can surge dramatically in value over time, particularly for once-in-a-lifetime events. “Take what happened earlier in the year with physical Oasis tickets, selling for nearly £400, you can only imagine what other memorabilia has gone for in recent years,” he noted.
For collectors looking to preserve tour merchandise, Zilberman recommends purchasing duplicate items when possible. “The smartest move is to buy two if you can, one to wear, one to keep sealed away. Leave the collector’s shirt unworn, never wash it, and store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight – once fabric fades or stretches, the value drops,” he advised.
Proper preservation techniques are crucial for maintaining memorabilia value, with experts recommending garment storage bags or even framing for t-shirts. For tickets and posters, collectors should store items in dark, cool and dry conditions, with UV-protective covers helping prevent fading and discolouration over time.
